This policy governs the use of public figures, celebrities, influencers, and well-known personalities as reference material within Xgendude, including for NSFW AI Art, Undress simulations, AI Clothes Remover features, and AI-generated video content.

1. Definition of Public Figures

For the purposes of Xgendude policies, a "Public Figure" includes, but is not limited to:

Actors, actresses, musicians, models, and entertainers
Social media influencers and content creators
Politicians and public officials
Athletes, public speakers, and widely recognized personalities

Public figures may be real individuals with an established public presence.

2. Permitted Use of Public Figure References

Xgendude allows users to upload images of public figures or celebrities as stylistic reference material, provided that all usage complies with the conditions below.

Permitted uses include:

Using public figure images as style inspiration only (e.g., art style, lighting, pose, fashion aesthetics)
Generating fictional, AI-synthesized characters inspired by general traits
Creating parody, artistic, or transformative AI content

All generated outputs must remain clearly fictional and non-deceptive.

3. Prohibited Uses Involving Public Figures

You may not use Xgendude to:

Generate explicit sexual, nude, NSFW AI Art, Undress, or AI Clothes Remover content that depicts or closely resembles a real, identifiable public figure
Create content intended to falsely imply endorsement, participation, or real conduct by a public figure
Produce deepfake-style content designed to deceive viewers into believing the output is real
Defame, harass, exploit, or misrepresent public figures
Generate content involving public figures who are minors or who appear to be minors

Xgendude reserves the right to determine whether generated content excessively resembles a real public figure.

4. Transformative and Artistic Use Disclaimer

Xgendude supports transformative, artistic, and parody-based AI creation, provided that:

Outputs are not presented as factual or real recordings
The content does not create a reasonable likelihood of confusion
The AI-generated character is not marketed or described as the actual public figure

Any resemblance to real public figures is incidental and not guaranteed.

5. User Representations and Responsibility

By uploading images of public figures, you acknowledge and agree that:

You understand the distinction between reference inspiration and likeness replication
You assume all responsibility for compliance with publicity, defamation, and likeness laws
Xgendude does not grant any rights to use a public figure’s name, image, or persona

Xgendude disclaims liability for user-generated misuse of public figure references.

6. Moderation and Enforcement

Xgendude employs automated and manual moderation to reduce risks associated with public figure usage.

We may, at our sole discretion:

Block or alter outputs
Reduce resemblance strength
Remove content
Suspend or terminate accounts

Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent account termination without refund.
