We do not knowingly allow minors to access the Services. Any account found to be associated with a minor will be permanently terminated.

3. Description of Services

Xgendude is an AI-powered creative platform offering advanced tools for NSFW AI Art, AI character generation, AI image creation, and AI video synthesis. Our Services may include, but are not limited to:

AI-generated fictional characters
NSFW AI image generation
Stylized Undress simulations (fictional and synthetic only)
AI Clothes Remover features for virtual characters
Image-to-image and text-to-image generation
AI-based video generation and animation
Subscription plans and virtual credit systems

All outputs generated through Xgendude are algorithmically created and are intended for fictional, synthetic, or illustrative purposes only.

4. Accounts and User Responsibilities

4.1 Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and to keep your account credentials secure.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activities conducted under your account. Xgendude is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to safeguard credentials.

5. Subscriptions, Credits, and Payments

5.1 Subscription Plans

Xgendude offers paid subscription plans that grant access to premium AI generation features, higher usage limits, and enhanced capabilities.

5.2 Credits System

Credits are virtual units used to generate AI images, videos, or other content.
Credits have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Credits may expire, reset, or change in cost at our discretion.

5.3 Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed through third-party payment processors. Refunds are granted only where required by applicable law. Abuse, violations, or account termination may result in forfeiture of unused credits.

6. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use Xgendude to:

Generate content involving minors or individuals appearing to be minors
Create AI undress, clothes removal, or NSFW depictions of real, identifiable individuals without explicit authorization
Produce non-consensual, exploitative, violent, or abusive content
Violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or data protection laws
Reverse-engineer, bypass, or exploit platform safeguards

Xgendude reserves the right to monitor usage and enforce these rules at its sole discretion.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All software, models, designs, trademarks, logos, and platform content are owned by Xgendude or its licensors. Subject to compliance with these Terms, you are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Services for personal, lawful purposes.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Xgendude makes no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or suitability of generated content, including NSFW AI Art or AI Clothes Remover outputs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xgendude shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, Content Policy, or applicable law, with or without notice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable international commercial laws.

If you believe content available on Xgendude infringes your copyright, please submit a notice containing:

Identification of the infringing material

A statement of good-faith belief
